zxr-250 (Zx2R) parts

Discussion in 'Bling and Appearance' started by 250ninja, Jul 20, 2006.

  1. hey all, just a quick question, my zxr-250 was knocked over recently, and the alternator cover (if thats what its called) developed a hairline crack along the bottom of it, which is leaking oil. Just wondering if its possible to fix this by welding or some other means, or should i just replace it altogether. If so, does anyone know any good wreckers/repairers who stock zxr-250 parts in the south east QLD area, ive had a look at a few places and they have not been able to help, as the bike is an import. Also, how much do you think this part is goin to cost?

  2. thenk found one

the findapart.com website found one for $165, thanks for the help.
