xvs 650 v star gear indicator

  1. Is it normal for all v stars to only have neutral show on the gear indicator?

    Yep. Green light comes on when it's in neutral.

  3. Although not all bikes but MOST bikes (and all I've ridden) only indicate neutral gear.
    For all the rest you just gotta try and figure it out :D

  5. ok cool...will just have to get used to it....i was used to q ride bikes that show which gear you're on....
