Who said multiple cylinders were boring?!
Surely it's 'beyond beautiful and ugly'; this is the bike the ubermensch will ride!
image the torque reaction, getting on the power mid corner.
One way it would stand the bike up, the other it would lay it down.
Yeh, I couldn't find any info on it (not that I really tried) but it would be interesting to know how the pistons fire and hence how it feels on the road, especially leaned over. A few weeks ago at Lake Boga I was looking at an engine from a Catamarine (spelling? -old WWII plane), like this, so maybe he based his design on some tried and tested old aircraft engine design...?
Nice front brakes etc...
Its called a radial engine, they have been used in aircraft for 100 years.
Firing order is every second cylinder.
Very thirsty, massive torque, always use and leak a lot of oil!
That's amazing! The bike looks like a F4U Corsair.
