I have a Suzuki Across, 1993 model and the electricals is being wierd. I'm putting my bike back together after all the farings were stripped off to fix the carbies, fuel tank and the cockpit subframe which was broken at the place where the mirror bolted on. The cockpit subframe was removed and taken to a family friend who welded it back for me. Anyways, putting it back together, I connected back the speedo/dash unit and was about to screw it back together when I lost grip of it and it dropped, but luckily was still connected and the cables it suspended it from falling onto the ground. But now everything is connected back together and my oil pressure light and neutral gear indicator doesn't work. Also the turn signals don't work either, the light shows up without flashing indicating that there is a fault somewhere on the wiring, and that's the right hand side only, the left hand side doesn't want to work at all. My tachometer isn't working properly either, its under-reading the revs by about 2000 - 4000RPM. I know what and how loud my redline at 16K is and its only reading 12000RPM on the tacho. I've tried disconnecting the battery and leaving it to sit for a while then putting it back together but still doesn't want to work. Any ideas?
