Why can't things be simple?

Discussion in 'The Pub' started by MREVOX, Aug 13, 2009.

  1. I recently ordered a set of 5 "Watchmen" posters from Warner Bros. (I had ordered Matrix posters from them before, and the quality was top notch).

Alas, my recent experience resulted in this email being sent:

  2. How's that going to get your money back?
  3. At this point, I have suffered enough customer service calamities this week that I could care less about getting my money back.

In any case, it was only $70.

I'm willing to bet to get my money back, I'd have to bend over backwards, ship it back at my own cost, etc... in the end it wouldn't be worth it.

I'd rather just make someone's day when they get this email, briefly read it and then delete it. :)
  4. The 'electronic' shop DOES make buying sight-unseen risky, doesn't it?
  5. Send them back and contact your credit card company and tell them the goods delivered were not as advertised.
  6. kenoath

Goods not as advertised + arrived damaged = money back, bastids!
  7. egerly awaiting reply
  8. I got a response... unfortunately they didn't have any humorous comments to make in return or anything... just the standard "send a piece of each poster back and you will be credited".
