Just interested what people prefer.
If you had a choice in these two for fairing (black frame)
Pearl if you're having it done, looks great in the sun.
Flat if you're spraying it yourself, I can't get pearl to work properly
in the garage at home, think it might be to do with the quality of
the spray gun (or the sprayer).
PS My fzr 600 is pearl, what's left of it.
Tryin to decide on a paint scheme for the Daytona?
Is the Daytona you posted on Fb pearl???
That was nice!!!
I like pearl, but it really depends on what colour the undercoat is. You can get all sorts of different tints for white pearl.
I've seen guys with 'white pearl' paint jobs on their cars, that look light pink in the sun, because of the base coat.
Point it out, comedy ensues.
Personally, were I to ever own a white bike, it would be slightly greyish, with a sprinkling of oily fingerprints.
pearl, just like a necklace
Flat because I like the stormtrooper look
+1, and try to get an even cover on both sides.
Yes, I would very much like a pearl daytona
Nah the one I posted was flat white
But you can get those chinese fairings done in pearl for +USD 50 apparently ....
Have a look at a white ducati 848 the colour is a ripper.
keep pearl mild or it looks stupid.
