Which Course is for me?

Discussion in 'General Motorcycling Discussion' started by TCShadow, Jan 29, 2009.

  1. I'm an L plater on about a months worth of commuting experience (Dee Why to CBD via mosman)

I want to do a course to build skills, feel more confident on the road and get rid of any bad habits i'm starting to build...

Which course should I do? I don't really want to do a post learner course since I don't want to put put around a carpark doing slow U-turns and stuff... I'm more interested in traffic awareness, cornering on standard roads emergency braking and defensive riding.

Can anyone recommend a course that teaches these things?
  2. The stay upright Advanced courses are fantastic - you don't need to be an experienced rider to do them.
  3. Track day IMO
  4. The HART one, I reckon.
