Where to buy Carby O rings?

Discussion in 'Bling and Appearance' started by klau, Oct 19, 2008.

  1. hi,

Apart from a bike shop, would anyone know where I can get Mikuni BDS26 carb air/mixture screw O rings? The O rings are very small, so I was thinking perhaps a hobby store (hobbyco, etc).

  2. Try some of the engineering supply type places. I think you might want the nitrile rubber O rings for your application though -being exposed to fuel and all :)
  3. A bearing retailer should have them. They'll need a sample/dimensions or the carb to determine the size. Other than that maybe a carby shop, they'd have a good selection of small o-rings.
  4. Thanks for the replys guys.

Yes, the most obvious place to look would be a carby shop... can't see the forest for the trees.

Accordingly to the yellow pages, it seems there's a carby place in the same suburb as where I live. Double doh.
