Where can you get DataDot done (Sydney)

Discussion in 'Businesses and Service Providers' started by lui, Sep 28, 2010.

  1. I've heard that you can get DataDot done for less than $100, is that the case? I have a look on DataDot website, the DIY kit costs $199.

Can you recommend a place? Cheers!
  2. On top of that, can anyone with DataDots give an idea of what discount insurance companies give for having them?
  3. I did a quote on InsureMyRide, the premium was reduced by $35.

It works out alright if in fact it can be done for around $100. I hope it does serve as some form of deterrence.
  4. There is also a another company on the MA website selling a similar product at a 1/4 of the Datadot price. Same product ....microdots.... maybe worth a look. I'm sure you would get the same discount from your insurance company and probaly cover the cost completely....

  5. Got a link? Thanks.
  6. Yes, its in the member benefits section of the MA website. www.recoveri.com.au website is clean and esay to use. The mini kit I think is the one to get. Even their bigger kit is still cheaper than Datadot!

    Good luck
