Are there going to be a slew of new threads about what wet weather gear will fit under a seat for those times we get caught in the rain?
Not sure. I was in Tasmania back in July and similar wet stuff fell from the sky then too.

Dunno but it's fuggen wet. My gear is still wet from last night.
It was fun to watch it roll in from a 17th floor office. It was the darkest/lowest visibility i've ever seen the skies.
I went out for some riding practice, got 1km from home and did a U-turn... just in time too, got the cover on the bike, walked inside, poured a drink, bam, started hard...
The Laverton AWS recorded 23mm of rain in that downpour.
