(Vic) Lavers Hill to Port Campbell

Discussion in 'Hazardous Road Condition Reports' started by Kitt, Sep 1, 2013.

  1. Pretty dismal conditions along this stretch , especially through the forest ... Lots of potholes mid corners , some places it's safer to ride down the centre of the road as the wheel tracks have sunk .. A landslide has caused a whole lane to have disappeared ( traffic lights at the site ) and further out towards Peterborough there's about half a km of potholes and gravel where the roads washed away ...
What was once a nice stretch of road has turned to crap :( ...
Ohhhh but the counci/vicroads l have had plenty of time to put up rough surface signs !!

  2. Thanks for the report Kitt, I'm heading down that way in the near future, hopefully the worst of it is fixed before too long.
  3. I enjoyed the GOR :), didn't notice much traffic until we got to BP ! Which didn't have any unleaded only diesel ffs but yeah, the roads in the hills are crap.
    Cheers B
