[Vic] Feedback wanted for new business venture

Discussion in 'Businesses and Service Providers' at netrider.net.au started by streetmaster, Nov 11, 2013.

  1. Hi, as many in Vic know, I'm starting a new business venture (& looking at becoming a new Vendor on Netrider).
What I'm after is some feedback via an anonymous online feedback form.
Just general questions about your bike & uses & servicing requirements.
Please no 5000cc monster-bike commuters!! Just looking for honest feedback.
As the business will be Melbourne (& suburbs) based, I'm mainly after the opinions of riders in those areas.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

  2. Here's a few items off the top of my head, note, these are things I want, not necessarily what you can provide.

Just realised you have a survey, however here some extra stuff.

    ## Regular deals posted up. Both parts (tyres etc) and services (e.g. bleed both brakes and fluid for $xxx) etc. That are actually really good value for money.

    ## Community nights, or share facility service. Where we can come in, use your facilities and tools to service our bikes. Also option to purchase blocks of your time to assist (say 30min block of your time for $xxx).
Thinking here is that I can service my bike, but I'd like to be able to share costs of facilities with someone to do larger jobs or specialist things such as service my shocks.

    ## Mobile tyre change and plug facility?

    ## Fixed costs listed on web site for everything

    ## Easy to use quote service/facility.

    ## Don't hide your prices too much, would rather know upfront what your prices are before I go down the path of making enquiries

    ## Mobile motorcycle inspection service. Especially useful for newbies looking at their first 250 that's 20+ years old... Should be cheap but reasonably comprehensive.

Very customer focused, but hey, that's where the money comes from....

Good ideas there myoda, have a few of them in the pipeline already. (& will keep the others for future reference! :) )
Nice to see someone is thinking of things They'd like to see.
Some things are hard to give a fixed price as the hours involved vary so much from bike to bike.
  5. Good luck with the venture mate.
