[USA] Only 5 % of crashes are caused by excessive speed....

  2. every bloody accident report says 'speed was a factor'

    but that does not mean people were speeding... can mean too fast for the conditions (ie wet/slippery/unsafe etc) but does in no way mean speeding

    no sh!t speed is a factor... if the car wasnt moving it probably wouldnt have had an accident...
