  1. Urgent Road Hazard Alert...Prospect St near James Ruse Drive, Rosehill. This is a popular route through Harris Park to Parramatta for riders coming off the M4. Please be aware that the builders putting up the new development right next to the Rydges Hotel on the cnr of Prospect & James Ruse have lifted and removed up the large plastic speed humps right near the Rydges Hotel, but have left the Dynabolts sticking up out of the tarmac. So we have around 70 dynabolts spread right across the road sticking about 2 inches out of the road surface. Hit one and it will tear a motorcycle tyre to bits. Please be careful if you are riding through there. Parramatta Council has been informed and is sending a crew out to repair the hazard. please share this across your groups and pages.

From NSW MC Alliance. Sounds nasty.

  2. Surely this is a case of serious irresponsibility by the builders and they would be liable for tyre damage, and indeed damages caused by a sudden blow out and fall.
