U.S. Massachusetts - Legalised riding in emergency lane

  1. Americans damn lucky to have politicians open to the needs of motorcyclists.

  2. Yeh, get 'em to send some of 'em over here.
    Unfortunately, since most legislation is state-based rather than federal-based, there are some states that have laws that discriminate against motorcyclists far more, so it's a real dilemma, especially for touring motorcyclists/ They have to be aware of totally different laws as they cross from state to state.
  3. The whole think stinks of common sense. It has no place in Australian Legislation.
