tyre choices

  1. I'm thinking of fitting a Michelin Pilot 200/50 ZR 17 to the rear of my ZZR250, is anybody using one of these on there 250 and are they any good?

Don't want to spend mega bucks when I can buy a Michelin Pilot Activ at half the price.. BTW is $145 fitted a good price for the Michelin Pilot Activ.
  2. Are you sure that is the right size for your bike??? It sounds awful big. I only use a 170/60 17 on my ST2. Be aware a different size tyre will affect the way the bike handles.
145 seems a good price though
  3. Definately way tooooo big for my bike, my son just had it fitted to his R1, my tyre looks like a rubber band next too his.
  4. What is the correct size for the ZZR250??
  5. 200 is more like Hayabusa size.
  6. Tyre sizes for the ZZR250 are,
    Front: 100/80-17
    Rear: 140/70-17
  7. WOW a 140.. than a 200 would be so distorted and pointy... if it can actualy be fited...
