Tyer fitting. How much?

Discussion in 'Tyres' started by Rennsport, Apr 21, 2012.

  1. How much do dealers charge to fit tyres? Anything from $90 a pair to ZERO a pair. Team moto at Blacktown appear the best deal. It makes a Michelin PilotActive tyre, nomally quoted at $129.95 anything up to 34% cheaper. Seems a big difference. It certainly helps to shop around!

  2. I don't know if it's just me... but I don't understand...
  3. Craig White fits tyres to the bike for free (If you buy them off him) :)
  4. PEEair
If you buy a tyre for $129.95 and do not have to pay $45 to have it fitted then it is 34% cheaper.
  5. Is that 45 per ??? eeek
If someone bought a set at full price I threw in fitting.
IF I made ten bucks out of the sale I charged fitting. Never more than 60 bucks though and that would be with the wheel still on the big fat arsed cruiser
  6. i get my tyres fitted for free and don't pay full retail
shops will look after you if you don't **** them around
  7. I sell my tyres cheap and $25.00 strip/fit & balance or other wise what's the point being in business ?
