Trying to fit a Casoli Moto CDI on a SACS 150 - Help needed

Discussion in 'Technical and Troubleshooting Torque' started by buzzawak, Mar 20, 2009.

  1. Hi, I got a Chinese made Casoli Moto CDi of ebay and am having problems fitting it and was hoping some one could help.

The connectors are the same but the wiring is wrong.

My web research has reveiled that the CDI should fit the Chinese GY6 engine found in many shooters and pitbikes.

What I am after is the pin out and wiring diagram for one of these bike.

I do have the pinout for the SHINERAY 250CC but cant find a wiring diagram to match. I have the GY6 workshop manual but no picture of the pinouts on the connector.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks
