VIC Traffic Law Solicitor/Barrister Recommendations

Discussion in 'Politics, Laws, Government & Insurance' started by Bamm-Bamm, Jan 26, 2011.

  1. I have a "friend" who is due to appear in court to defend a careless driving charge after being involved in a single vehicle motorcycle accident.

Any Vic members have any suggestions or recommendations of a good traffic lawyer/barrister?

PS: For obvious reasons I won't be disclosing any specifics as to what happened and to whom.

  2. Dont know any one personally but there is a guy that has been advertising in all the car and bike mags for about 10 years non stop - usually have a small ad in the back - its a cartoon rendering of himself riding a bike or driving a sports car

apparently he is a two and four wheel vehicle enthusiast himself and a traffic law specialist
  3. This guy is Melbourne based. I have never seen him in action or used his services, but I believe that some here may have. Good luck with your search.

  4. He is in Sydney, rides with Mates. This refers to the bloke with the cartoon add,Lawstop at Horsby,I havnt met him but he now rides dirtbike with mates, got sick of constantly looking behind on road rides
  5. PM sent. . . .
  6. Sean Hardy has forgotten more about traffic law than most solicitors ever learn!
As I've said before, if I ever got done in such a way my licence was at stake, I'd use Sean myself.

He's NOT cheap, but whats a licence worth?
