Tokyo motorcycle shops

Discussion in 'General Motorcycling Discussion' at netrider.net.au started by Shabbyrama, Jan 10, 2013.

  1. Hi all
Long time no post. Am traveling to Tokyo next week and would like to visit some interesting motorcycle shops. Stuff like cafe racer and more retro 1970s things which I lusted after as a kid. I know this is very late notice but would like some info. Have done some research but would like to hear from other members.
    Cheers

  2. When I was in Tokyo I was surprised by the lack of motorcycles and motorcycle shops - you might have better luck, but I visited Ueno for what I heard was "motorcycle street" and there were lots of bike shops there, but it wasn't especially crazy (compared to say, Melbourne). There was a parts shop though, that had basically every part, but at Tokyo prices.

I've heard that the bike scene is much bigger in other cities like Osaka.

    I'm no expert though...
