This guy can't be comfortable....
He must either like a) Being handcuffed to his bed regularly, or b) attempting the only proven way of alleviating underarm 'BO' smells.

How is that even road legal? My newb brain can't comprehend how he can safely manuever that...
Im pretty sure he would be only doing straight highway riding with that set up. Couldnt imagine doing twisties at all. He probably "thinks" he looks cool, but I expect he isnt a serious rider.

In Australia it wouldn't be legal. Handlebars are one of the few parts of bikes that the ADRs and modification documents actually spend any time on.
I wouldn't be at all surprised if he is taking the piss and taking it hard. Perhaps a sportsbike rider with cash to blow.
