For those not sure what we're looking at here, this is the (in)famous TZ700-engined flat tracker that Roberts rode at the Indy meeting all those years ago. When he got off the 145bhp monster he was heard to say, "They can't pay me enough money to ride that thing."

The bike was brought out of storage and run at the AMA flat track meeting last night at Indianapolis.

  2. Yay King Kenny. That would have been worth the price of admission.
  3. unbelievable!!!
  4. Paul, we need one each.
  5. Oh yes, please. I'd be scared stiff to ride it, but it'd be close to the most exciting way to die!!!
  6. No-one ever died on one of those things. You needn't be first.
  7. No, no-on ever died racing one of them, but that was only because Kel Carruthers urged the AMA to ban it before someone did.
  8. still want one
  9. I need one too.
  10. I'll order 3 of them, then.
  11. My carefully considered response is

    That's all kinds of cool!

  12. I like the traction control that Kel rigged up.
It was a kill-button connected to one coil which Kenny pressed in the turns.
