N/A | National [Switzerland] Biking on the path to being included in the Switzerland Constitution.

Discussion in 'Politics, Laws, Government & Insurance' started by robsalvv, Feb 22, 2012.

  1. Came across this tidbit in the email... Switzerland riders are trying to get riding guaranteed by the constitution. Way to go guys! Take THAT social engineering!

  2. What a very sensible idea!!!
Do you reckon we could get Julia to put this one forward?
  3. So when motorcycles are banned here, we can just move to Switzerland. Awesome!
  4. Good move by Swiss riders. However, on the flip side and given Switzerland's attitude to the enjoyable side of road use, maybe they've had to push for this because otherwise they'll be legislated off the roads.
  5. Good point, so even more of a smart move, especially enshrining filtering in the constitution. What a great idea!
  6. I think you're right.

But the only way they are going to get a majority of the population to vote for it is to tie these demands to others that will appeal to the majority.
