Suzuki GSX250 Cafe

Discussion in 'Modifications and Projects' started by Bmulligan, Apr 17, 2015.

  1. Hi Guys,

I've been building a Suzuki GSX250 from scratch. I purchased the bike for $500 running but unregistered. Other than a broken rectifier and some missing bits it was VERY dirty (see mad max) and needed some serious TLC. I signed up to the Kustom Kommune and they helped with the engine overhaul and paint. I've replaced so so much, bars, switches, frame, seat, paint, shopped guard, rear sets,

My styling is individual, and being my first bike and my first build there was a lot of learning. After 15 months it finally started this afternoon. I'm getting my final roadworthy next week and will be registered clubby with the CCMJC. I'll post videos once my noobie status has disappeared. You can search Suzuki GSX250 Cafe Racer Project on youtube for the running video from today.

Thanks for listening, I'll post photos VERY soon
