suspension set up

  1. :?: hello in there, does anyone know what the best settings would be for my 97cbr600f3 ....i am 83kg,175cm,in relation to bound & rebound, preload etc,i do lots of twisty country riding...THANKS

  2. Suspension is a personal thing, what works for one won't necessarily work for another person.

It also depends on the type of roads that you ride, the suspension settings will always be the best compromise, and can't be expected to work exceptionally well over both bumpy and smooth roads (for example).

A good start would be to set up the static sag for your weight, and go from there.

Take a look at Roarins sticky thread in this section for some good pointers.
