Suspension question

Discussion in 'Modifications and Projects' at netrider.net.au started by mikkey, Jul 23, 2008.

  1. I have decided to upgrade my suspension, fork first and been in contact with two companies.

Cost is about the same and the difference is that one uses Gold Valve Emulators and springs and the other PROVALVE Damping Control Kit.

Anyone here have experience in this area and an opinion which solution is best?
  2. Have a search for some stuff Flux has written about his suspension upgrades.
  3. Go with goldvalves. They work
  4. They can work but are highly dependent on what company you get to fit them.

You're riding a DL650. Is that the mini V-Strom? If so, what are you trying to achieve with the suspension upgrade? What specific problem is it you are trying to correct.
