  11. Seriously, customer service is dead these days. I know exactly what I want when I go to order; a medium flat white for me and a medium latte for Mrs Hornet; do you know how many times i have to repeat that, item by item, when the dimwit behind the counter finally switches on his or her brain to LISTEN to what I am saying?????

  14. hornethornet I can accept the local little coffee shop to not know a short or long macchiato as they wouldn't make many. But it's unacceptable to not know the difference in a latte, cap or flat white. It's not difficult

  20. This reminds me...I had a $4 coffee from the donut truck at Launching Place (Victoria) during the last Sunday ride.

It was so bad that after a few sips I had to chuck it.

The donut on the other hand was awesome...
