  2. They did have number plates on the front of bikes,
    They removed them for the express purpose of avoiding injury to pedestrians in a collision,

  4. Seeing as even WA now takes its speed camera photos from the rear, the lack of a front plate is irrelevant.
  5. The problem with this is, if Scooby googles his name this site comes up as a top hit, and we're just giving the oxygen thief more oxygen.

    I vote we go and get our oxygen back.
