Stripped Naked RC211V.....Oh Yeah

    Very rare to see the shape of the airbox on these GP bikes. 8)

  2. Magic pictures, Mark, and it all looks deceptively 'production', if you know what I mean. You expect race bikes and cars to be 'cobby' with bits added and hanging off as they are added and experimented with etc. This shows how serious and well-organised the Honda people are.

    Check out the GSV-R pictures. The Suzuki look much more 'home made' if you know what I mean. Seems to be far more electronics on the Suzuki though.

    I love this high tech engineering stuff. I can look at stripped back race cars and bikes all day. 8)

  5. yeah, the Suzuki isn't as well finished, but then Suzuki have always been inventing it as they go along!

  6. Another interesting set of pics, love the heat oxidation on the exhaust - takes a lot of heat to get them that colour.
