Skills practice - East Melbourne Suburbs

Discussion in 'New Riders and Riding Tips' started by Garido, Oct 30, 2011.

  1. Hi all, was just reading a thread by Rusti about an incident he had a couple of weeks ago. That made me think again, that practice is the best preparation for that inevitable instant, where you have to put your skills to the test.

IMO, practice is best done in Groups, where riders can learn from each other. I am therefore wondering if there is any regular (or irregular) meetings where riders get together to practice their skills in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne?

Have you been to any of the Saturday morning session at St Kilda?
  3. Thanks guys. Will make sure that I'll get there one Saturday morning.
  4. Depending on your skill level, the StKilda sat morning sessions can be very worthwhile.
  5. I think at any skill level, it can't hurt to brush up on the basics from time to time! (y)

  6. Totally agree Streetmaster. I'll be there this Saturday (05/11). Hope to see you then!
