Sepang Moto-GP Test

Discussion in 'Racing, Motorsports, and Track Days' at netrider.net.au started by diggler, Feb 6, 2009.

  1. Well the season has started.
No surprises really, the Suzukis are quick as usual at the start of the season, Casey fast and whinging and Rossi at the pointy end.

  3. Re: SEPANG MOTOGP TEST

Hrrmm, I wouldn't take what Stoner said about his pain as whinging. Mind you Rossi mentioned pain too, and then went on to say he crashed because the track had no grip.

  5. Call me a naive cynic, but is it possible that Stoner could be exaggerating the effect of his recovering wrist injury in order to gain a psychological advantage on his opponents?

I.e. I've set the 2nd fastest time although my wrist is not yet 100%, imagine how much better I'll be once it's fully healed.

    Cheers,

  8. Will be interesting to see what Gibernau can pull together for the season - if anything!

I know it's bad to laugh at people when they crumble, but Rossi is still going to be the millstone around Gibernau's neck. That's not even mentioning the others!

  9. A great performance from Stoner considering the extent of his injury. Let's just hope he can be back to 100% fitness by the start of the season!

Let's also hope that Suzuki can maintain their positive progress.
