NSW Selling bike to a foreigner

  1. Anyone know if i can sell a bike to a foreigner without a licence in nsw.

    I am selling the scoot, agreed on price if i drop it round cause he has no licence yet.

    I found this but it requires a licence or customer number according to it


    Any experience?
  2. They're not working on an oil platform or naval ship, or something else at sea are they? ;)
  3. No cash. He has seen the scoot and i met him

    I just dont know if i can sell it to him.

    where it asks for:
    Buyer's Licence/Customer/Card no. OR Date of birth
