RWC without fairings?

Discussion in 'Bling and Appearance' started by ZXRpilot, Apr 29, 2006.

  1. Is it possible to register a bike that come from the factory with full fairings, without fairings.
Set it up with the indicators in a legal possie, an adr approved light, etc so thats all legal.
And make a mount for the all the instruments and all that.
I ask because local bike shop and one guy who does roadworthies, said that you cant...
But I see a heap of street fighters getting round, so how do you guys go about getting a rwc?

  2. The fairing isn't a roadworthy item.
  3. Mine failed for a 3" long crack in the fairing that was barely noticeable (you had to actually push/pull it apart to see it), Although thats what you get for taking your bike to Brighton Bikes and Bits for a rwc!
