  1. Hey Guys,
    First time here.
I am just getting back into riding and still have the ol trusty RMX 250 and was wondering if anyone has some suggestions for suspension settings for her for a 85kg fello.
    Any help is appreciated.

  2. Hi...

Def set your sag for 100-120MM...that is the begining...Then make adjustments 1 or 2 at a time, on clickers.

If the bike is old, replace the oil, re-spring and revalve the suspension according to your weight.

Also, def check shock bearings/bushings and replace as needed.

You will need to consider the type of rider you are (skill) and type of riding you will do, IE the terrain.

    Good luck.
