Rider down

Discussion in 'General Motorcycling Discussion' at netrider.net.au started by Scumbag, Mar 10, 2005.

  1. Had some news this morning on my way to work, my wife, Eleanor, has come down and was being looked after by the ambo's. Unfortunately I do not have anymore details other than that at the moment but will be finding out more later this morning,
According to the caller she was ok, just had an update from the hospital as I type this, they are doing xrays and she has a good bruise on her lower leg. I will get more details later. It sounds as though she was hit by a car.
    more to follow later.
    Not happy Jan

  2. Bummer! :(

Hope she's OK mate, you should get your arse down to that hospital with a big bunch of flowers and a big box of chockies ASAP I reckon!

funny, but the most scared I've every been is when the wife goes to hospital

  3. Sorry to hear your news Scumbag. I hope your wife is ok.

  4. Sorry to hear that Scumbag :(

  5. Going to get to the hospital as soon as I can, will wait and find out who has all her gear that was on the back and pick that up on the way through. Not sure about bike condition but will find that out as well. Getting away from work is a little hard for me. I have to have approval to do so.
