Discussion in 'Politics, Laws, Government & Insurance' started by vic, Oct 13, 2004.

  1. Take care out there guys/gals.
The "silly" season has pretty much started.

A MOTORCYCLIST has died after a collision with a car on the Murray River Road near Corryong, east of Wodonga.

The man was travelling with a group of motorcyclists when he collided with a car.
The man was flown to Albury Base Hospital about 2pm yesterday but died a short time later.

  2. Wonder if there is a problem with the signage in the area, again today....
    Motorbike rider dies

A MOTORBIKE rider killed on the Murray Valley Highway near Corryong yesterday was the second motorcyclist to die in the area in 24 hours.

The man died when his bike hit a truck about 3.15pm. The truckie suffered minor injuries when his vehicle ran off the road.
On Tuesday, a motorcyclist collided with a car on Murray River Rd.

  3. Thanks Vic, will do
  4. motorcyclist dies

the collision between the bike and the truck was so extensive that the truck over turned and the bike was badly mangled to the point of unrecognisable from the picture on tv ...

the moral of the story ... be careful on the roads ... you know what you are doing ... but do you know what the other person is doing??

Be careful, take care, stay upright, and have some fun!
  5. Condolences to family & friends of both riders!

Only problem we had with signage in that area was of the directional kind how did Mike put it we were geographically embarrassed!
