RGV250 headlight

Discussion in 'Technical and Troubleshooting Torque' started by RgvRider, Jul 8, 2007.

  1. Hi guys, does anyone know what kind of bulb rgv250 headlight uses? Looking to get Xenons and not sure what kind of bulb it uses.

    Thanks

  2. No one knows? :(
  3. pull it out and check

I would take a stab in the dark and say single lens/reflector means single globe. The most common single headlight globe which has high and low filaments is the H4. I would go with that. be aware that some smaller/older bikes run h4's with different size tabs so that you can't fit a higher wattage globe.

If you are putting xenon hid lights onto you bike and you do infact have h4 globes ensure you get the kit with the moving reflector. so that you still have high and low beam.

If your in melb pm me for more info.
  4. Yeah suzuki wouldn't have done anything stupid here. It'll be a standard car type bulb.

only honda try to reinvent the wheel every year
  5. Thanks guys  .. ill have a look into it.
