Retrim seat for Versys

Discussion in 'Riding Gear and Bike Accessories/Parts' started by me3@neuralfibre.com, Jan 30, 2009.

  1. Hi guys

I have a Kawaski Versys with an uncomfortable seat - it's common to the model. The issue is a forward slope on the seat.

Can anyone recommend a seat re-trimmer in Brisbane who would be able to reshape the foam a bit and put the cover back on? Preferably at a reasonable cost.

  2. John Moorhouse, Ergo Seats Capalaba, 3245 3979. He does a simple uncover, reshape, recover service for not a lot of money (about $50 I think), or can rebuild the seat completely with his foam, and either your old cover or a new one (maybe a couple of hundred but worth every cent). Good work and he will ensure the seat fits you, even if it requires a second go to make sure.
