Research-Warrandyte road 3rd Dec 2013

Discussion in 'Hazardous Road Condition Reports' started by Al_Cam, Dec 4, 2013.

  1. Resurfacing works with thick layer of very loose gravel. No warning signs on bend before. At the Research end in the 60km/h zone, not far from Main Rd. First patch is on a bend at the intersection with Mount Pleasant rd. Learning experience for a beginner:eek: .

  2. Yep I have to agree, it was a bit like riding on sand....

Bloody stupid way to surface a road if you ask me, because it still has potholes and bumps along it; they just sprayed an extra layer of tar and then loose stones.
  3. Yet another case where I can't remember that bit of road needing much attention.
    • Agree Agree x 1
  4. Heaven forbid they spend the time finishing the Wattletree Road bridge....
