Removing seat CBR250RR

Discussion in 'Technical and Troubleshooting Torque' at netrider.net.au started by megaphat, Jun 26, 2008.

  1. Hey guys. I've got a 1993 CBR250RR. How do I remove/lift up its front seat?
Also where is the toolkit kept?

    Thanks for your help

  2. Under the seat, along usually with the owners manual which explains how to remove the seat.

More often than not removing the seat is simply a case of finding the keyhole.

  3. There are 2 screws that hold the seat in place. These can be found by pulling back teh padding at the back of the seat (closest to the bum stop, either side) then its a matter of pulling up and back a little and its off.
