Removing Postie Bike Indicator Sound?

Discussion in 'Modifications and Projects' at netrider.net.au started by Sidney, Aug 2, 2008.

  1. hi everyone

if any of you have owned or ridden a postie before, you will know how embarrassing the indicator noise is.

I can't stand it any longer.

There is 2 wires going to the 'speaker' which makes the noise. Can I just cut them and put electrical tape around the ends?

    thanks

  2. The connection is in the headlight. Pull apart the headlight, follow the "speaker" lead in and disconnect at the joiner. Much neater way to do it.

Only took 5 years to get to 100 posts!
