  1. I bought a pair of those jeans from the Kit Bag in WA (they have an ebay store too) and can't be more happy with them.

They have more kevlar than the Draggins. They fit to a true size and they are cheaper too. They seem to be very well manufactured.

It is a pity that they only have a few pairs left and apparently they are not getting any more. Maybe if a few of us show interest they would made a new order(?)

If someone is on the market for kevlar lined jeans I highly recommend to have a look at them. BTW I mentioned netrider and they gave me 10% off. So I also got the motorcyclist safety kit which is also very good and looks pretty sturdy.

  2. They looked pretty good on the website... and way cheaper than draggins normally are.
  3. Here are some pictures of the sliders vs the draggins vs the Joe rocket steel jeans.

    Back Sliders:

    Back Draggins:

    Now the Front:

    Joe Rocket:

This is how the Slidders look on the outside:

And this is a detail of the Steel fabric of the Joe Rocket Jeans:

So as you guys can see the Sliders have a bit more Kevlar than the draggins.

They are also cheaper and sturdy. The Kevlar fabric also has a smoother feeling than the draggins one so it is not itchy at all.

The Joe rocket pants don't seem to be a very good choice in the event of an off, but they offer some protection and are a little bit trendier than the sliders or the draggins. They are also very light and you can barely notice they are not regular jeans (maybe because they are almost regular jeans).

  4. Thanks for the info, been looking at getting some of these myself.
