rear-brake problems

Discussion in 'Technical and Troubleshooting Torque' started by Bells, Nov 2, 2007.

  1. I was riding into Newtown the other day and after about 30 minutes of riding my rear-brake totally failed. Managed to park no trouble and when I went back to check it out about 3 hours later it was fine and I managed to ride home without any problems. Hasn;t give me trouble since (although have been avoiding riding it long distances)
Was wondering if this will be a reoccuring issue?
    The bike is a 1995 ZZR250
It was about to rain but the road was dry
Couldn't find any signs of leaking brakefluid (given I have no knowledge of bike mechanics and wasn't really sure of what I should be looking for!)
    Advice would be helpful!!
