  1. A few people have asked for pointers on how to quote someones text.

    Below is an explanation of how its done.

    you can quote a persons text by starting with [qu0te="persons name"]
    this is the text that you are quoting.
    blah blah blah blah blah
    You then end their quote with the following [/qu0te]

    I have used the zero (0) in the word quote for demonstation purposes, you would of course use the word quote.

    If you simly want to quote the text with no name, you simply use the [qu0te] tag
    text is here
    blah blah blah

    Here is the end result;
    Remember that the text must have a [qu0te] at the begining of the text and a [/qu0te] at the end.
    Try using the preview feature prior to posting till you get the hang of it.

    Hope that helps.
  2. You can also copy and paste or type what you want to quote, then highlight it with your mouse cursor by clicking and dragging over it. Then click on the Quote button above the text area to insert the quote tags around the text as Vic described.

    Alternatively, click the Quote button to insert the first quote tag, then type or paste your text in and then click the Quote* button again (The * that appears beside the word Quote signifies that you are in the middle of your quote and it needs to be finished off) which in inserts the closing quote tag.

    You can then add the ="Persons Name" beside the first quote tag as Vic described above.
