[QLD] Be afraid up there - be very afraid.

Discussion in 'Politics, Laws, Government & Insurance' started by TonyE, May 25, 2006.

  1. I think Queenslanders need to have a look at the transcripts from the Road Safety summit held there in February.

Comments from Prof Narelle Haworth (formerly Monash Uni Accident Research Centre (MUARC) now at QUT)
The motorcycle discussions of the summit - while there is some sensible stuff there - have a very definite anti-motorcycle flavour.

  2. I just had a read through the paper Tony mentioned.

Very scary reading. People who do not ride motorcycles talking about motorcycle safety and making recommendations based on possibly faulty data.

    Queenslanders - be afraid - very afraid...... :( :(
  3. They want to put radia tracking on the bikes?
