Q: Roads north of Yea (Vic)?

Discussion in 'Roads, Touring, Journeys, and Travel' started by titus, May 18, 2007.

  1. Planning on doing a bit of exploration on the weekend (probably Sat), up through Kinglake, Flowerdale to Yea. Years ago I rallied cars in the hills north of Yea (Ghin Guin - Highlands - Whiteheads Creek - Seymour or back to Molesworth). At the time they were sealing bits and pieces of them, but I haven't been back in ages.
Does anyone know the state of these roads nowadays? I'm prepared to tackle a bit of gravel, but just wondering if anyone has been up there, how much of it is sealed now? (or more correctly the wuss on the CBR going with me wants to know :p )

  2. No-one?
Oh well. I'll report back then, when I've had a look.
  3. ....and you found?????
