Wifey and I stopped this from happening the other week at Kangaroo Valley.
Old couple. Old Russian sounding bloke in the passenger seat with his Asian wife driving.
It took a few very loud "Oy's" for her to stop reversing.
In the end I stood almost between her reversing and the bike.
When old mate got out of the car to see why I was blocking them, he looked genuinely surprised to see the bike there.
So if you have a (iirc) Kwaka with a very wide, cushy looking, white custom leather seat, you're very welcome mate.

speaking of spatial awareness, I distinctly remember Toseland running straight into Haslam at silverstone this year.
