NSW Police To Grab Video Card

  1. a couple of weeks ago the copper who pulled me over for a random breath/licence test pointed to my gopro and said "some police may take that for evidence"
    i said "really?" in reply, as in I am not getting into this with you.

    this sounds like utter b_llshit to me.

    I've been hit 3 times by motorists and film for my safety on motorbike and bicycle.

    as worthwhile as it is to ask for legal advice on the internet, does anyone know if mr plod can actually take your sd card?

    sounds like another blatant power grab by the cops, as in 10 guys are needed to taser a brazilian....
    this is why i film....

  2. IIRC they can only take it if it was attached to the bike, not on your person. Could be wrong though
