  2. Mario, I know the company I work for cannot help you in this, but I may be able to help out with some contacts I have. Weren't you at Crown Casino in the past?

Let me know if you need a local Reference from a Chef Manager, I'll be glad to help you out at least in that way.

  3. Thanks for the reply Thera,

yeah i worked before for crown in Nobu
And spoke with them is well but they are to time full and need no pastry chef
I search to time true the internet and write all places out who may be able to sponsor
    and i look for agents

because i fly in sep down to melb and can stand there for 4 month i try to found places where i can make trial work days is well and if they say yes i could wait there till my visa is grandet i orgenised all stuff allready what i need and will ask my lawyer on monday if he is willing to take some of the money i payed him all ready to orgenise the sponsor visa like this it becomes cheaper for the company
In oz the company need to pay for the visa what is a risk for them and they are scared but i don t mind to give them a bond like this they are a bit on the safer side
i don t like to leave oz anyway

any help is brichaded most time the smallest help has the biggest results

    thanks again Thera,
will see you in sep on a ride
