Old 2-stroke rebuild advice needed....

Discussion in 'Technical and Troubleshooting Torque' started by wombat200, Apr 19, 2005.

  1. Ok, I'm after recommendations for the following services in Melbourne....

A GOOD 2-stroke crank rebuilder, who can handle a twin cyl crank.

Someone who can supply Boynsen reeds for 70's model bikes.

Anyone who can build performance expansion chambers.... Although I may co-opt a guy in Adelaide...

Anyone who can advise on porting details for a 70's air-cooled stroker, and/or perform the machineing (bore, squish chamber/head).

I'd perfer personal recomendations from people who've had work done, rather than heresay - It would be hard for me to get new barrels in the event of a stuff-up.

    Thanks :D
